    I wanted to know what Hawaiian Airlines cancellation policy is in the case that I bought the ticket from a travel agency. I got in touch with customer service in Hawaii. The response came across as already irritated. Oh my God, guy! After I asked a simple query about the cancellation policy, he began acting very passive aggressively. I decided not to continue the conversation and hung up since it is extremely disappointing that an airline with such a great reputation doesn’t seem to uphold the standards that their staff should adhere to while engaging with customers. Even though I am aware that these individuals are probably overworked and underpaid, there must be some form of quality control.

    First things first: I have never had a problem with Hawaiian Airlines and have always enjoyed it. The booking process, service, and flights are all excellent. Prior to now I had trouble getting a flight from New York to Honolulu because of the confusion caused by the inner dispute in the Airline. My connecting flights were cancelled. I’m aware of the difference of opinion, but I have no complaints. But I was already three days late for a wedding to which I had to come. Finally, I made a cancellation and refund request to Hawaiian Airlines. The attendant gave me the reassurance that I would receive a full round-trip refund. I arrived the next day after taking a different airline.

    I purchase hawaiianair through priceline three-month advance one month later hawaiianair canceled my flight ask priceline for a refund or rebooking they said its a done deal, I have to talk to hawaiianair when I call hawaiianair because I bought this ticket through priceline as agent talk to them again and I found there is another intermediator airline call hanhair, princeline is sent me again to this hanhair for refund or rebooking, but then hanhair said the same thing I should talk to priceline because they don’t deal with end-user or consumer they are b2b company.
