The Qantas Airlines flight I was scheduled to take was cancelled without any warning. After waiting an hour, their customer service picked up when I tried to contact them. One of the agents later on the phone actually assisted me in booking a different flight. It was cancelled due to disturbing weather or another factor, but they answered when I later went to email and call about my credit card. They only sent an email stating that the flight had been cancelled, not just delayed, and that new ticket reservations would be made available to me. They did not provide us the full support but I am happy that they did even this little for me.
