New Airline route by Qantas Airlines in 2023
Qantas Airlines is going to launch non-stop flights between Auckland and New York JFK. The airline will start operating on this route from June 2023. For a start, the new route will be operating thrice in a week using B787 Dreamliner aircraft.
This new route will be a part of an improved Sydney – New York service which would have been on a pause for about three years by the time it resumes. Previously, the route had been routed via Honolulu, but it will now stop in Auckland before continuing on a nonstop, 16 hour long flight to New York.
Jesse Hendricks says:
The Qantas Airlines flight I was scheduled to take was cancelled without any warning. After waiting an hour, their customer service picked up when I tried to contact them. One of the agents later on the phone actually assisted me in booking a different flight. It was cancelled due to disturbing weather or another factor, but they answered when I later went to email and call about my credit card. They only sent an email stating that the flight had been cancelled, not just delayed, and that new ticket reservations would be made available to me. They did not provide us the full support but I am happy that they did even this little for me.
