As long as you booked your trip at least seven days before it’s due to leave, you can cancel it free of charge 24 hours after making the ticket. Cancelling the whole reservation is required to be eligible (this does not apply to JetBlue Vacations plans).

• People can cancel their JetBlue tickets up to one day after buying them. One working day before the event, you will have to pay a fee if you drop your ticket.

• Go to the “Manage Flights” page to change or cancel your flight online.

• If you need to change your flight, you will also have to pay the change fee plus the difference in price.

• Booking changes made after 24 hours will not get a credit card refund, and you will have to pay a cancellation fee.

• You can only get a JetBlue flight credit if you cancel your trip. You have one (1) year from the date of cancellation to use it on a JetBlue flight. You will lose all the money you paid for the reservation if you don’t change or stop the flight before it leaves.

• You need to know either your confirmation number or the name of the customer and the credit card number that was used to make the ticket if you call directly.

• For basic tickets, there is no refund policy for Southwest Airlines Cancellation Policy. If you cancel your ticket and it’s still valid, you can use the value of the ticket to pay for another trip. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of booking, you can either receive a refund for the way you paid for your ticket or save the ticket price as a flight credit or Transferable Flight CreditTM (depending on the type of pricing).
